1,000 backpacks. 100 of them headed all the way to Mexico. 🎒 This year’s drive was made possible by a community that keeps showing up for its kids. Thank you to every donor, volunteer, and supporters who made this happen.

WE DID IT. 1,000 backpacks! 🎒

Thanks to this incredible community, Fraternos Charity Group hit our goal of 1,000 backpacks this year. 900 are staying right here to support local families, and 100 are heading to Mexico to reach kids there too.

Next week, Wednesday, August 26th, we’re partnering with Charter Academy for their Back-to-School event. Come through if you’re a Walton Charter Academy family! The remaining backpacks will go out to other schools across Oakland County.

This is what community looks like. Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, and believed in this mission. 🙏

I grew up in Pontiac. This is personal. 🎒

2 years ago we started with 300 backpacks. Last year, over 1,300. This school year, we’re delivering thousand of backpacks straight to Pontiac schools, right into the hands of students who need them.

I’m serving on deployment🪖, but my team back home is making every delivery happen.

$8 = 1 fully stocked backpack for one student.

That’s it. Eight dollars puts a kid at their desk ready for day one.

While I’m away serving, Pontiac still needs us. This summer Fraternos Charity Group is giving thousand of free backpacks to K-8 students. I started with 360. Last year 1,300. This year — 5,000. Help me get there. $8 = 1 backpack. Link in bio. 🎒
