The ring came from a bull. The feather came from a rodeo. The hat grew up around them.

Here it is on Travis Neal, lead singer of Fraxures, on stage.
@travisneal810 @fraxuresofficial

The Bull-Hearted Fedora was made for Travis over a year ago. This exact hat is a one-off and not for sale.

But a custom Bull-Hearted can be made for you in the same way: vintage bullnose ring through the front pinch, embossed leather rose hand-stitched in red saddle stitching, branded stars, hand-painted rodeo feather — details as vintage stock allows. 100% wool, distressed and hand-stitched, custom liner, leather sweatband. Nothing glued, ever.

Made to order, 2–6 weeks, from $375. Link in bio.

I couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out September. One of those weekends that reminded me how lucky and grateful I am to be surrounded by great music, great friends, a great community and so many unforgettable moments. Definitely one for the books.

Friday the 25th, @fraxuresofficial celebrated our record release at @thebansheebarsd with our homies @tigers_in_cairo and @oncelovedband Packed house, great bands, and great people was one hell of a way to celebrate this record. Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported the bands and partied with us.

Then on Saturday the 26th, headed up to the OC to catch Danzig and Acid Bath at the Honda Center. Huge thank you to @cleopatrarecords for the love!

Then Sunday the 27th, I got to experience my first dragon boat competition before heading up to LA to see Iron Maiden, Megadeth AND Anthrax. Absolutely epic. Thank you brother @my_last_username_was_worse2.0 for the invite!

Three days packed with music, adventures, awesome hangs, and even better people. September, you went out with a bang. 🤘

Amazing show last night. Fantastic performances from all the bands. The lineup truly displayed the strength of San Diego’s stylistic diversity & every band had something special to contribute. @OnceLovedBand & @Tigers_In_Cairo kicked the festivities off & set a high bar for the rest night. @FraxuresOfficial celebrated the release of their debut album in front of a hometown crowd and it was one of the absolute best times I’ve ever seen them. From the singles that have been out for a while to the deeper cuts that we all got to finally hear with the album’s arrival, the energy was high and it was so awesome the hear the crowd singing along so loudly.

From their very first show as A Hero Within all the way to last night, it’s been incredible to watch Fraxures grow & evolve throughout all their eras. They continue to serve as leaders to this community and they raise everyone up around them. The album turned out fantastic and in a true full circle moment, it was inspiring to see the energy reciprocated so intensely from the crowd at last night’s show celebrating the album’s release. Continued success & prosperity to the Fraxures camp. Be sure to catch them if you’re in Vegas next weekend.
