POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Found my people last night! Thank you, @the_everly_co for an evening that reminded me why saying yes to new opportunities can be so rewarding. I walked in excited, and left with new connections, fresh inspiration, and memories I’m so glad I get to keep. It was lovely getting to step into a room full of women with their own stories, passions, and dreams. Here’s to showing up, making connections, and being open to where new opportunities can lead.

I've done more than 30 tests in the last few months and never introduced myself.

I never had any idea this account would grow. I honestly started it thinking I'd practice getting more comfortable on my personal account before leaning into my business account.

Now we've totally flipped and I post everything here!

My mission is to give the world more self-confidence, and I believe that starts with being confident in your own health.

So that's what I'm trying to bring to the world - more access to health data, better ways to track progress, and more self-confidence.

Thanks for following along!

Apparently, I was meant to be a space cowboy. 🤠🚀✨

Last night’s soirée was one for the books—amazing food, the best people, and the sweetest plus one, Gracie. So fun getting dressed up, meeting new faces, and spending the night somewhere between the Wild West and outer space. 🌙🤠

10/10 would launch myself into orbit again. ✨

Farmers market party for YOU inspired by @brooklynwertz. I didn’t take home a single item. I just wanted people to feel loved and included in a world that sometimes feels like you have to be part of some “invisible” club to actually be included. I know what it’s like to not feel included. I know what it’s like to feel lonely even when you’re surrounded by people. I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t have people to call or lean on when you desperately need it. Cancer taught me to not let others opinions hold you back. Your worth comes from YOU. So throw the party, gather the friends, because that’s what it is about-community and supporting each other however we can in the chaos of life. Comment anything on this so I know to send you an invite next time!! This was a test run and you better believe we’re doing it again in JULY and YOU’RE ALL INVITED!!!!

Mother’s Day is coming up this weekend, and we wanted to give a shoutout to some of the amazing moms in our community.

These women make time to train not just for themselves, but for their families. They show up tired, busy, and stretched thin, but still put in the work because they know being strong matters outside the gym too.

I’ll never forget Katie telling me one of the reasons she started training was so she could carry her kids to safety if danger ever showed up… even if that meant carrying them up a mountain.

That’s what real fitness is about.
Being capable. Being prepared. Being there for the people who need you most.

Strong moms raise strong families ❤️

Also, photo credit @freckledhan !!! Thank you!

Women were never meant to do life in isolation.
We are creators—of homes, of identity, of connection.
If you’ve been craving deeper, more aligned friendships…
that’s not weakness. That’s wisdom.
