A quick trip to Greenwich , CT and NYC to see friends and introduce @la_rouge_candle . Start up life is not glamorous, so much schlepping, sharing hotel rooms, packing, unpacking but I wouldn’t change it for the world. My partner @lucindalent I love you and love to all my friends who showed up, bought candles and @francesboswell for your home away from home, dinner with Jackson and Claire, chats with @barrieglabman and Adam, new best friends Sandy @sandytab3 and @fredandginger . Life is a lot of work, do it with people you love. p.s we sold a ton of candles with a percentage of proceeds going to @greenwichhistory and @thelalelascarf . My friend Lisa said in conversation this week about giving back…”People who can, should”

Huge gratitude for all my friends, old and new who came out and supported me at @thelalelascarf popup. Together we made $1800 which will all go to this fabulous organization. It takes a village! Thank you @sandytab3 for creating your magic, @la_rouge_candle for the heavenly, subtle scent that permeated the room, @francesboswell for the worlds best marmalade, jussara lee, the queen of sustainably. and to @amyneunsinger who captured this shot which i ❤️. Next weekend I will be @greenwichhousepottery for Made in Clay, a not to be missed ceramics sale.
