My team and I are about to kickoff our Summer Strong Challenge and everyone has been posting their BEFORE photo up in my private group so we can all be accountable and watch each other's progress while cheering on each other throughout this amazing journey!💪🏼 Best thing about this particular challenge is that even when we all got together to commit to drop some lbs., gain muscle, lose some inches, whatever physical change as a result of sticking to a program and following the nutrition, I made it a point that this challenge focuses on the most important thing that will make each and everyone of my challengers successful -- FOCUS ON CREATING A HEALTHY MINDSET ❤️ One cannot achieve greatness and amazing health without evolving the mind. A healthy body can only be truly achieved with a healthy mind, attitude, and heart 💕🙏🏼💪🏼. I am extremely excited to see and talk to them later this evening on our video conference kick off call so we can all hit the ground running first thing tomorrow!✨💕✨ The energy and accountability in my Success Partner Summer Strong group has been electrifying!✨ I'm so proud of each one of them who committed to SUCCEED ❤️ If you want to join my next amazing challenge, connect with me so we can chat so I could know more about you and your aspirations! Thanks for dripping in sweat with me ladies!!!☀️💪🏼🔥 Decided to take my PiYo class outside since the breeze from the upcoming storm felt good. Definitely needed it since I was sweating buckets this evening.😂😂😂 Do you enjoy working out outdoors? Been thinking of holding my August #bootcamp out in the park instead! PiYo, Insanity, and Thunder Bootcamp outdoors in downtown Birmingham sounds good doesn't it?😉💪🏼 #piyo #piyolive #bootcamp #michigan #detroit #birmingham #fitfriends #positivity #yoga #pilates #cardio #strength #strong #summer #beachbody #crossfit
