We’re excited to bring this highly requested class back and to help you continue developing the skills we see every day in our workouts.

Please note a few important updates to the class format:

1️⃣ Class Cap: The class will be limited to 10 athletes to ensure individualized coaching, plenty of time for questions, and a deeper breakdown of each skill!

This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with Coach Niki and really dial in the mechanics and techniques behind your gymnastics movements.

The greatest part of this gym is the people who pour into it!

Gratitude wrapped under the tree today. A small gesture for my team that gives so much. Thank you to our coaches and staff for your commitment, your energy, and the way you care for our members and each other.

“Everything I wanted to do in training was painful… now it’s almost pain-free.”

Freddy came to me after injuring his wrist during a clean. He couldn’t press, hang, or even hold weight without pain — and that’s frustrating for any lifter who loves to train.

Through our work together, we didn’t just focus on his wrist, we looked at everything connected to it: shoulder, grip, upper back, and movement patterns.

Because pain rarely exists in isolation. It’s part of a system, and when you rebuild the whole system, everything gets stronger.

Today, Freddy’s back to lifting, training, and moving the way he wants with confidence and control.

If you’re tired of pain holding you back, send me a DM with the word STRENGTH and let’s get you back to doing what you love.
