Continuing the walking challenge for @cureparkinsons but I’ve swapped the countryside for the big city, joining @444.eevaa for some birthday celebrations 🥳🥂thanks to @dishoommcr for an amazing meal then @mylessanko @manchesteracademy for some wonderful live music, thanks to my family for all the fun! 15km of walking added, 50km to go, I’m half way there! Thanks everyone for your generous donations, I really appreciate all your support 🧡💙#cureparkinsons #parkinsonsdisease #walkingchallenge #birthdayfun #manchester @prustyy_ @freddieprust_ @arthur__prust

Well what a weekend of ups, ups, ups, ups and plenty of downs!
Loved @revolutionbp, what a venue and the hosts from the park were amazing.
Coming to the season late and chasing the best rippers in Britain, they really are the top of the tree, is great and I’m so happy I got to ride, race and have fun with them
@olly.shreds @teddy.rose.40 @jesserose_41 @harryjb_ridesmtb @bertie_watson_mtb @alfie_r_mtb
All top riders and I had a blast
Loads more mini rippers, but haven’t got all your tags!
Thanks as well to all your dads for helping with my bike because my dads a novice 🤦‍♂️
Happy birthday Mrs Walshaw @gemwalshaw , loved the cake!
And the OG’s @thecharlierandall ands sister Hettie. Both on their first race and absolutely smashed it 👏

Had more crashes than laps but took it all in my stride, win or learn and I’m learning loads. Managed 12th on day one with an off. Targeted a sub 1.20 for day two as a challenge, but didn’t happen. Multiple offs in practice, pleased I stuck it out and laughed about it. Got to the start unfortunately caught the rider in front very early on and wasn’t allowed a re run despite the Marshall not giving me extra time at the start when I asked, another flagging the delay and saying I’d get one, only to be told at the bottom no!
No problem with the catching the rider, he was in a younger category and I deliberately didn’t buzz him or try to get past because I didn’t want to frighten him in his first race after he’d already fallen off too
Multiple riders all weekend with same issue with some being given re runs others not 🤷‍♂️

All experience in the bank, still aiming to improve and put a run down soon. New bike still needed finishing when we got there Friday, so first time down a hill on it was sat practice 😂
No point doing it the easy way 😉

Thanks again everyone who helped and reached out after the Sunday events, appreciate all the love ❤️

Stile cop next, god only knows what will happen there🤞

Top media and video as ever from @freddieprust_ 🙏

Race Recap 2026 Nationals... swipe 👈🏼 I ended up with couple of heavy crashes this year leaving me with concussions and a broken collarbone which has meant missing Antur Stiniog and the last two races at Llangollen & Fort Bill.
.
The racing I did manage, I was progressing nicely... Rhyd Y Felin I’d had a small off in the race run and came in at 15th place.
Followed by Glencoe a notoriously hectic black track where I took it on the safe and steady side and came in at 10th place!
.
My final race at National Champs up at Revolution Bike Park with a super dry and dusty track which I really enjoyed, I was 1st on both splits and sat in the hot seat for a short while and came out 7th...
.
Overall my riding this year has been building speed nicely and I’m looking forward to getting strong over the off season for a solid start to 2027 💪🏼
.
A huge thanks to my team mechanics 🛠️ & manager aswell as my really great sponsors who are here on my journey 👊🏼
