What an incredible morning at Freddie’s Run Club!

Today was special, a collaboration between Freddie’s X Jimena Alejandra - a sea of pink raising awareness and funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation 🩷

We’d like to thank everyone for joining us, we felt your support, and couldn’t think of a better way to spend our Sunday morning 🫶🏻

We’d love for you to join us at Freddie’s Run Club | Sundays 6:30AM | Newstead.

Totally feeling those Friday vibes.

What a glorious morning running the Hamilton route for @club_kt Walk Run Club this week. Did we see Mark Waugh? We absolutely did not. But did it mean everyone got over excited early in the run trying to work out if a random man was him and we ran the whole 45 minutes way too fast? Yes indeed. Ended up with 7.9km (plus an extra 2km running from coffee to work) and @strava tells me I set some segment PBs which is nice because it actually felt like a pretty cruisey run (I could feel we were going a bit faster but it didn't feel bad). It is 'ice blocks at the end' season now followed by coffee chats at @freddies.place_ and then all of a sudden it has been a great start to the day and off to work for the last day of the week. Perfect!

Day 11/42 Turns out even zone 4 can be conversational pace.
Sunrise 7k with the crew. Today we discussed what we admire in each other. Also Jaycob dropped my mic in the Brisbane River.
Also, no better way to start a Thursday
