When you believe you can … see your way thru the rain… and you better believe: it’s raining!!! I believe … in you, me, that art can change lives, that love can change the world, in human excellence, the importance of community, diversity, equity, inclusion, optimism, creativity, democracy, privacy, safety, research, innovation, participation, self determination, NO is NO, the power of dance, limitless potential, the potential there is within my skin.

We recently took a little trip to Cal Poly Pomona for Color and Quirk at the Kellogg University Art Gallery, a vibrant gathering of artists who treat color like its own living force. The exhibition pulses with candy coated hues, ribbon like forms, shifting light, precise geometry, hand worked texture, and a sense of play that makes the whole space feel alive. It is a show that lets you step inside color as an experience rather than something to simply look at.

Happy birthday, Freddy! We miss having you in our state even if it was on the other end. Now, you are nearly 3000 miles away on the East Coast so we don’t get to see as often, but always look forward to catching up upon our next visit. Wishing you a wonderful year with your family, friends and four-legged children.❤️🌈🎉

Combining my passions is a privilege! CrossFit and photography bring me so much joy, and capturing them together is even better. Black and white shots will always be my favorites, but the energy in color adds a whole different vibe.

So proud of you all! 🤍📸

I almost skipped the CrossFit Open 25.1 this year again. I just wasn’t feeling motivated these past few days. But yesterday, I decided to go for it—and I’m so glad I did! Being surrounded by my people, feeling the support, and sharing that energy reminded me why I love this community so much. I wouldn’t trade this for anything. 💪🔥

When I thought that I couldn’t, they said yes you can and even in different languages!

Grateful for you all @cfthepitt
