Turning 41 surrounded by the absolute best...
Over the years, I’ve learned that the greatest milestones aren't the things you achieve, but the friendships that stand the test of time. To the friends who have become family..thank you for your endless support, the shared memories, and your unwavering loyalty. You make the highs higher and the heavy days lighter.

But the ultimate blessing is getting to share this journey with you all, while anchored by the family we’ve built. Coming home to Rana, our brilliant 6 year old Eleni, and baby Yorgo is the heart of it all. To have friends who celebrate and love your family almost as much as you do, that is what true wealth looks like.

At the beginning of 2015 we were your typical coaches slaving away from 6am to 9-10pm five days a week + weekends, picking each other up at in the dark @5:15am on the way to open the gym.
-
By the end of that summer 10 coaches had reduced to 4 in that gym and we were out on our own looking for the next step. Coach Matt as he called himself back then, showed us an image of a bull with the words “the physical training company” and a story about Milo of Croton (for another day).
Since it did exactly what it says on the tin, we checked off “Name the company ✅” from the to do list and got on with the next task. Probably getting business cards made 😂

We knew we wanted to help everyday people get back into training, we weren’t interested in training athletes anymore, we weren’t the physique guys, our strength was our bond and our compassion for people who really struggling, don’t know where to start or how to go about turning their life around.

We set up a circuit class called “The Training Room” downstairs in Fitness HQ and started making it easy for people to get back into training.
-
Fast forward almost 9 years, a few different hair-cuts, some new grey hairs and many improvements later here we are, still on the same mission, still trying to show up every day, doing ok so far but still not mission complete.
-
Our mission is now still as it always has been, to help people connect and unlock a happier and more fulfilled life.
