Well, this tournament didn’t pan out how I hoped. Day 1 was a breezy start but quickly turned to sustained 35-45mph winds, with plenty of gusts over 60mph. The West wind made it nearly impossible to fish the majority of my spots on the East side with most waves ranging 4-6ft. I lost a big one, and fell way down the leaderboard. Day 2 was looking like a repeat with high winds and big waves. Luckily the wind held out just long enough to catch some good fish, weighing the 3rd biggest bag of the day, and jumping me from 89th to 44th. Overall, I learned some new things and had a bit of fun taking on the waves. #fredsmarine #wyoming #western

What a beautiful day at our @cast4kidsutah event in Heber City, Utah!

The kids enjoyed a morning on the water, plenty of fish were caught, and lots of smiles were shared. One young angler even landed a beautiful kokanee!

After fishing, everyone gathered at the campground for lunch, awards, and time together with family, volunteers, and new friends.

Thank you to all of the boat captains, volunteers, sponsors, and families who made this special day possible. These moments are what @castforkids is all about.

18th place finish at the Wyoming Governors Cup. Not stellar, but still hit top 20 out of 134 boats. Definitely have to do better at the next one. #fredsmarine #wyomingwalleye #lundtiller

First Wyoming tournament is a wrap. Took 7th overall. It’s so much fun to fish for walleyes when they don’t want to bite😂. #fredsmarine #wyomingfishing #walleyes #fishdontbite
