Open!
So happy to show Fred’s work from “The Last Ten” - in fact it is the title of the exhibition.
Large scale acrylics, pastel, intimate moments.
Fred is “deeply influenced by art history w particular admiration for artists incl Edward Hopper, Henri Matisse, Vincent Van Gogh, Margaret Preston, Margaret Olley, John Rigby among others. Landscapes and interior scenes remain central to his practice and continue to be his source of inspiration”
See Fred during installation in the slides.

A sneaky but very special launch: @lakeroomgallery has officially opened inside The Malbon.

This petite gallery has big energy, debuting with ‘The Last Ten’ by @fredwind - work that’s bold, clear‑voiced and impossible to ignore.

We are so proud to be home to gallery lead, the incredible Rosie Windsor, whose curation, creativity, eye for potential and zest for life is second to few.

Come in and see for yourself ✨
Open 7 days ✨
