Instagram will show you the smiles, the wins, the finished product… but it rarely shows you what it took to get there.

This morning I got up at 6 AM and went to work out with Brittany. And MAN… that shit busted my ass. 😂

I was late, so she hit me with 100 BURPEES. 😭 You definitely don’t wanna be late!

But I didn’t quit.

I could’ve made an excuse. I could’ve said I was tired. I could’ve not kept my word to myself.

But I showed up. I did the work. And I pushed myself harder than I normally do.

And honestly, that’s what I’m most proud of.

The hardest part isn’t always the workout. Sometimes the hardest part is keeping the promise you made to yourself when nobody would know if you broke it.

Everybody wants the results. Everybody wants the transformation. Everybody wants the highlight reel.

But the real growth happens in the moments nobody sees.

So I’m calling YOU out. 👀

If you’ve been talking about getting in shape, getting disciplined, pushing yourself, or just becoming a better version of you…

COME WORK WITH US.

No excuses. No pretending. Just real work, real sweat, and real accountability.

6 AM. Tired. 100 burpees. Still showed up.

I kept my word today. And that means something to me.

Who’s really ready to work? 🏁💪🏾
