If your REALTOR can’t protect you in the streets, you got the wrong one💪. For real though, what a blessing it was to compete. I wouldn’t have had the ability to compete if it wasn’t because of my coach @freedom.jiujitsu. Coach Mikhail is such an amazing coach and a blessing of a man to learn from. And the brotherhood that we have at freedom is like no other. We got some dogs and it’s a blessing to be able to grow together with yall!

Building Legacy on the Mats. 🥊🇹🇭

There is something truly powerful about watching a dad step onto the floor alongside his son—sharpening their skills, pushing through the hard rounds, and sharing in the same sweat and discipline.

Martial arts isn't just an individual pursuit. When you include your kids in your passions, you aren't just teaching them self-defense or fitness; you're building a bond rooted in hard work, respect, and shared growth.

This past Saturday at Freedom Jiu-Jitsu, we had an incredible energy on the floor—from dads training with their boys, to couples working combinations, to women executing sharp techniques.

Whether you've never wrapped your hands or you've been on the mats for years, there is space for you here.

🗓️ Saturday Muay Thai Class:

Time: 12:00 PM

Location: Freedom Jiu-Jitsu (719 North V St, Pensacola, FL)

🔥 Bring your drive—and bring your family. DM us to claim your spot on the mats for next Saturday!

Heavy Hands, Clear Purpose. ⚡
