“The war doesn’t always end when you take off the uniform.

As a combat veteran, I’ve fought battles overseas. As an entrepreneur, I fight different battles every single day.

And one thing I’ve learned is that you can’t pour from an empty cup.

That’s why I make time for myself. HBOT has become part of how I take care of my mental health, slow my mind down, and reset.

Because being strong isn’t about pretending you’re okay. It’s about doing the work to become better.

You can’t lead others if you’re constantly losing yourself.

Take care of your mind. Take care of your body. And remember…

Win Your War. Every. Single. Day. 🇺🇸”

As if you haven't heard it enough already, my race did NOT go as planned. Year #2 @chimarathon and both times it kicked me right in the a** but, put me in #bostonmarathon and I PR'd both times. We all started the race together with goals in mind but ended running our own races @annyb2007 @luizabarteldesfarinha and I have no excuses but a long list of personal thoughts telling me mentally why I failed but a circle filled with ppl who refuse to let those thoughts sit for very long, ppl who have stood beside me w/o fail, who push me mentally and physically every step of the way regardless of if they are standing at the finish line or a phone call away they never let me down. More times than not I just wanted to quit yesterday and ive never had a race go that badly, but im no quitter and refused to not cross that finish line whatever it took! We are always our worst critics! To each one of you who reached out to check on me because you were tracking me and knew something must be wrong, thank you for caring enough to one actually track me and two check on me. You all know me very well and knew that finish line would find me disappointed in myself. Im proud of myself for showing up to that start line and im proud of myself for finishing what felt like a 100mile race! It took a couple of you in my 👂 to talk me off that cliff. A special ty to @freedomlkn for taking care of me the last month and a half. To my Lil circle, you know who you are, thank YOU every moment of every day for being in my life. I love you all! #yourTB #friends #family

NEW WEBSITE LAUNCH!
When your client is redefining wellness + recovery, their website needs to match the energy. ⚡

We just launched the new site for Freedom LKN — bringing some seriously cool biohacking and recovery modalities to Lake Norman:

🧊 Cold Plunge
🔥 Infrared Sauna
🔴 Red Light Therapy
⚡ PEMF
💨 Hyperbaric Chamber
🥾 Compression Boots
🙌 Assisted Stretch

Check it out: freedomlkn.com

This is exactly why I love designing for innovative wellness brands. If you’re doing something different, your website should make people stop, pay attention, and want in.

Building something cool? DM me “WEBSITE.”
