A work in progress, but that’s where the magic happens! 💙 First time singing ‘How Far I’ll Go’… but every song starts somewhere. .✨. 🌊🎶
I’m proud of myself for giving it a go, and I can’t wait to keep improving with @graffersteaching @freedomperformingarts 💜✨#adventuresoflaylamay #singing #solo #howfarilgo #howfarilgomoana

💥 WALL TO WALL 💥

I’ve LOVED dancing this one with some of my seniors for the past couple of weeks - I couldn’t resist having a boogie myself.

Always a challenge to create something slower paced and flowyyy 😅 but this one was fun!

The support from my gals at the end 🥹🫶🏼

4 weeks in. 4 weeks FULLY BOOKED. 👀

Saturday Acro 1-2-1s are officially becoming a thing. Whether you’re a total beginner, or working towards your next big skill, there’s no such thing as too big, too small or too anything.

Want to learn that ridiculously cool trick you’ve seen on TikTok? Need a little help getting over the final hurdle?
Or just want to absolutely nail your basics?

That’s where 1-2-1’s come in 🤸🏼‍♀️

We can slow things down, work on your specific goals, figure out what’s holding you back and load you up with all the tips, tricks & corrections to get that skill in the bag. 💥

Group classes are great. But if there’s that one thing you really want to work on…private lessons are where it’s at.

❤️ LOVE MYSELF ❤️

The greatest superpower you can have is to LOVE YOURSELF! In truth, it’s taken 2 full years post abusive relationship for me to be truly happy within myself. I don’t depend on anyone, I don’t need anyone, and I sure as hell won’t let anyone shrink me ever again.

I’m so lucky that my job is also my outlet. A room full of supportive women with no judgment, and I LOVED IT!

Be so authentically you & TAKE UP SPACE in this god forsaken world. Heaven knows we need a bit more sparkle ✨

Sunday 13th September❕Foot flexibility and strengthening workshop✨

We’ll be focusing on exercises and stretches to help improve the foot line and gain stronger foundations in both the arches and toes.
The feet are the start of everything, from plies to pointe work so let’s get working them! Pointey toes don’t just happen over night, they take consistency and focus so lots of the workshop exercises can then be transferred to home practice 🤩

Open to all 🥳

📍Freedom Performing Arts, Knaresborough
⏰ Sunday 13th September, 10-11am, £12
🩰 Bring your own theraband and yoga block if you have!
