On April 3rd, we came together with changemakers to spotlight what happens when football, mentorship, and mental health support collide.

Mental Health Awareness Week may be over—but for the girls we work with, it’s never just one week.

📈 Teenage girls hospitalised for mental health has surged 65% in five years (NHS England).
These aren’t just numbers—they're real lives. And that’s why we act.

In 2024 alone:
⚽ 1,100+ hours of coaching & mentoring
👧🏾 480+ girls supported (82% from global majority backgrounds)
🏫 90% of girls at risk stayed in school
🧠 70% reported improved mental wellbeing

We’re one of the few UK charities doing this work—for girls, through sport. And we’re just getting started.

This weekend I went to the most beautiful and emotional wedding that I've ever been to. Two amazing friends celebrated their marriage at Bolton Castle which was spectacular. Then on to a stunning marquee for the fun part of the day. Thank you @terryalderson_ and @jord092 it was the best day ever ❤️
