Pushing yourself is not always the answer.

But sometimes it can be an eye opener into what you can really handle.

Becoming resilient is a life long practice of consistent behaviors. And little doses of choosing to show up will get you there.

Dance was so fun and I am glad I went!

Day by day.

TURN SIDEWAYS! ↪️

This piece made me feel the story I wanted to tell from beginning to end. Starting off feeling defeated, but still moving with grace and power, until you find your own strength and learn to fight through the demons in your own mind.

Such beautiful choreography, and I loved getting to bring this one to life.

It’s never too late to start again. To find what will fulfill you NOW. Who you are right now, is not who you were yesterday and not who you will be tomorrow. So take it day by day and check in with yourself and ask “am i in alignment with the place I am in life right now?” If the answer is no, let’s rediscover together what it means to reinvent ourselves and find new versions of ourselves that make life amazing today!

Final Videos dropping TOMORROW 6pm ET!!
