Elevate your next girls night/galentines by hosting Wine & Cheese Tasting 🍷🧀

Loose customizable directions:
1. Everyone is assigned a different type of wine (depending on party size & preference, some people may have the same type; Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Sauv Blanc, Merlot etc)

2. Everyone brings their favorite cheese (you can pair strategically with your wine or just bring a favorite like we did)

3. You can hide the labels of the wine/cheese & relabel them by a number to keep it non biased or you can have them show.

4. Print out preferred wine tasting instruction cards (via canva or Etsy templates) depending on how you want to play/taste.

5. Lay disposable brown paper on tables to avoid mess & include pallet cleansing foods in between tasting each wine (crackers, apples, unsalted bread, olives etc.)

6. When everyone is finished, sit around and talk through what you liked most, what paired well, what surprised you etc. depending on what prompt is listed on your cards.

7. Have prizes for overall best wine and best cheese to make it more official

Cheers 💫

🚀 How Do You Get Better?

You take a hard, honest look at your process. You find the cracks, the opportunities to improve, and you take action. That’s exactly what we’ve done—and in 2025, we’re leveling up in every possible way.

This team has already been incredible, achieving results that speak for themselves:
✅ Clients losing 100+ lbs in under a year.
✅ Transformations that stop people in their tracks.
✅ Strength numbers that are absolutely INSANE.

But I keep asking: How do we get even better? How do we help even more people reach their potential while maintaining the highest quality?

2025 is a NEW era for Team JC.
I’ve set crystal-clear expectations, redefined our culture, and tightened up our process. We’re leaving no room for error—just results and growth.

Here’s what YOU can expect when you join Team JC in 2025:
🔑 Weekly Check-Ins
Every Friday, we’ll evaluate your week: workouts, nutrition, cardio—did you hit your goals? If not, we’ll course-correct together.

📸 Monthly Progress Pictures
Tracking is key. We’ll use monthly photos to ensure our strategy delivers the results you want.

📱 Access to My App
Log your workouts and follow customized plans—even on the days I’m not leading you. No more guessing.

🥗 Meal Plans
Your nutrition will be dialed in. From detailed plans to guided accountability, we’ll make sure your diet supports your goals.

💻 “Live Live” Workouts
Virtual training just got better. 12 live Zoom classes per month, with recordings available if you miss one. Plus, the option to join in-person at select locations!

The foundation has been built. Now it’s time to elevate EVERYTHING. 💪🏾

If you’re ready to be challenged, held accountable, and WIN in 2025, DM me: “2025 I’m Trying to Win.” Let’s work together to make this your year.
