There’s nothing more liberating than seeing yourself through the eyes of the world. May you keep enjoying this life you’re living on borrowed time. Nothing is promised and nothing is forsaken when you carry yourself through to people and places that are awaiting to meet you too. True love for self comes through discovery, discovery of the parts of you that you wouldn’t have ever been able to see if you didn’t go outside of yourself to witness the sadness within’. Philly, I love you!
These past two weeks have taught me a lot. So much perspective has been gained and I have experienced so many moments I am grateful for. I’m incredibly blessed to have such beautiful people in my life. It feels like the beginning of something special. Thank you

I stopped explaining myself so much in 2025. One of the great things about silence is that you can hear your own flaws and nuisances. I don’t know if there’s parts of myself I don’t like or keep punishing by thinking that being resilient through physical pain is something this working life is asking of me, or being able to tell myself to stop it all to take care of myself and mother myself today. I have a recent fall where I slid down the steps and I paused to reflect on what the experience was meant for, is the universe telling me to not go or to slow down today? In my life, I’ve always pushed myself to extremes, some warranted and most not. My own self can answer more things about me than any other person can and I’m just leaning into tears, pain, and my breath to notice where this is all taking me… one moment at a time. #OneJourneyatatime. #TW. ❤️ This face, once beaten blue and swollen. This smile, once only knew the thoughts and bandwidth of clinical depression. This pretty face, was once bruised and made to believe it’s not worth it. These eyebrows were once cut in halves, wanting to change my perception on life due to what happened to me. These eyes, only wished to never open again on multiple days of my existence. Time, a lot of it spent by waters near me, thinking of how I’d once jump in and don’t know how to swim. I just wanted to end it all while I waited to begin again on this Earth. Prayers, felt empty of course. Family, not understanding the gravity of the pain one’s mindbody can endure. My soul, feeling deeply. I’ve spent this lifetime experiencing a lot of loneliness in my youth and occasionally comes in waves with grief still. Life has been very good this year. There is stability, there is laughter and fun, there is hope that I now know to take care of myself in a healthy manner. To be continued… #ChaiTogether, #OneJourneyatatime. 🕊️ Taking flight everyday with #Courage, #Hope, and #Inspiration. When you are spiritually aligned and meant to do the work you are on this plane, you cannot be stopped. 🤍
