A toast to change and finally doing something about it!⁣

When you get tired of being on the struggle 🚌bus …⁣

♾ You begin to open your mind and your heart in trying new things instead of playing into your skepticism and fear⁣

That is exactly what I did when I said 𝐘𝐄𝐒 in taking better care of me.⁣

I remember asking the universe for a sign.⁣

To keep my eyes 👀 , ears👂🏼 and heart ❤️ awake & open to receive the call to what I needed.⁣

I didn’t expect it to come the way it did + quickly⁣

When it came, I knew this was the change I had asked for.⁣

Over the years … I have been pushed, pulled and stretched beyond my limits to see HOW BAD I wanted it⁣

There were times I thought about throwing the towel in but even doing that didn’t feel right.⁣
