Yesterday, she took a Karate Kid kick to the face. 🥋💥
The other day, she got her hair pulled and scratched up her neck and arm by some overgrown fingernails. 😅
And today… her fingers are crooked. 😂

All this while proving her skills to no one—except herself—and challenging herself to get better every day.

No one asked her to be this tough… she just decided she was going to be. ❤️🥋

Gray White belt, 1 stripe check!

Mane where to begin! About 14 years ago I started my mix martial arts and quickly fell in love with it. Put my training on hold to pursue a career as a long haul driver, but never stop training. Would attend different seminars and academies all over the country. Came off and found a great home at Freeworld here in pflugerville! Well today I Got promoted today blue belt! The feeling I have for this achievement is beyond excitement. I can say this tho! The journey is the reward! Thanks to everyone I’ve trained with over the years! Keep on rolling

Always working and improving. I love to see him be able to try things and not be afraid to fail at it. The only true way to progress in anything.

A few months back he wanted to quit. We pinkie promised (as men do) that he had to try hard till he earned a stripe then we’d revisit the conversation. He told me right away “I’m not stopping!” Proud of this kid!
