the marathon is won in the days you don’t run. the final weeks before, the only job is arriving fresh. so here is how we would spend it. nine things, none of them fast.

captured by @iampatrickpilz

01 · breathwork
breath first. the quickest way to talk the body down before a big day. meditate & practice breathwork.

02 · forest run club
the last easy runs. no pace, no watch. just the crew, the trees, and shaking the legs loose together.

03 · sound bath
then you lie down and do nothing. sound instead of thinking. the system reads it as safe and finally lets go.

04 · red light
red and infrared, forty minutes flat on your back. kind to tired legs, kinder to your sleep.

05 · or combine it in a class
the two at once. light on the body, sound over the top. our favourite way to switch all the way off.

06 · sauna
heat to finish. open everything up, sweat the stress out, let the heavy legs drop.

07 · matcha on the roof
fuel up in the sun, no city noise in the heart of berlin.

and the real remedy is the people. you don’t taper alone, and you don’t race alone either. togetherness is the best mental prep there is.

book all remedies through our website.
