What really helped?

Anything helps…. Sctanley got diagnosed a few weeks ago with stage 2 we have been on bed rest and taking the medication to help with recovery any advise helps

Two months before his 7th birthday, Moses became paralyzed on all four legs in a matter of seconds. The doctors told us the only option was to put him down, our hearts shattered that day.

We asked to take him home for one last night, thinking we would say goodbye and let him go peacefully with us by his side.

We took him on a long stroll through his favorite park, where he had spent every morning from 8 to 9 AM running freely off-leash, chasing his ball, playing with Lexi, and making friends. We told him he was the best boy in the world and that if it was his time, we would be okay. We told him how much he meant to us and that we would cherish him in our hearts forever.

We cried so much. Many say, “It’s just a dog,” but he’s much more. He is a soul we have been blessed to care for in this life. Which I hope everyone gets to experience.

That night, he showed us it wasn’t his time, and we chose to fight for him. Now, two years later, he continues to bless us with his love, and we pray for many more years together.

Today, we celebrate his birthday—not just in gratitude for his life, but for the incredible gift of having him as part of ours.
