ABDUL’S STORY is a fantastic book with an important message, beautifully read by Tramell Tillman. It was my pleasure to direct this Storyline Online that encourages writers to be brave, ignore the critics (including the critical voice in your head) and tell stories that matter to you - even if, (especially if!), they aren’t the same old stories people are used to reading in books and watching onscreen. I am thrilled to share that Storyline Online, the series on which I have directed a number of episodes, has been nominated for a Childrens and Family Emmy! The fine folks at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation have been producing Storyline Online for 19 years, where their amazing union members, ACTORS!, donate their time to read kids books and the videos are watched in homes and classrooms around the country. From what I have been told, since I directed “at least 19% of the episodes of a Series that premiered during the eligibility period,” that means I am part of the team that is nominated - woo hoo! It’s all fun stuff and I’m headed to LA for the awards ceremony on Sunday - wish us luck. (*And I know a TON of you talented friends will ALSO be there, hit me up, let's hang!!!) This series is a joy and I love working with the dynamic and fabulous Rochelle Rose, National Director of Actors Programs, and the incredible team at the Foundation who produce the series, along with fighting the good fight for SAG-AFTRA members, having administered millions of dollars in emergency funds throughout the recent strike. Taking a break from maniac packing to finally mention I racked up another credit. This project stretched me in a way that made me a better creative. Deep diving into a world I knew nothing about, but showing up 100% every day was actually pretty easy considering I was teamed up with some of the best guys a girl could ask for. We spent 6 months in the field, pivoting and packing at the drop of a dime. It was fast but never loose. Thank you for teaching me the game of basketball through your beautiful vision ✨ The A Team, until we meet up again! I got mad love for all of you ! ALL 8 EPISODES OF CLUTCH ARE NOW STREAMING ON ESPN+ !!

See the link in my bio for a full rundown of my services in the creative video space. I am operating as Twin Prop Creative — an homage to my father, Earle P. Martin III, who built a solo air charter business that spanned three decades. He became synonymous with his twin-engine turboprop plane, but his focus was always on the needs of the customer. I got to see firsthand how to turn a passion into a business. What does this all look like? I’m fortunate to have an early example. My friends at the PGA of America needed someone to lead a fast-approaching production with SNL’s Colin Jost.
