This little life of mine 🌻 I’m gunna let it shine. 🌈
August held some great moments full of people I love across continents. My cousin got married. I got to see family and cowgirled so hard. I danced in wine bars. Had some solid mother - daughter fun (and she got to meet one of her heros @zandithemermaid ). Saw the beauty that is @rachelkolisi bask in all her glorious light @fallingforward__ roadshow. Saw art by a new friend @joel_mamboka . Sung my heart out at choir performances (even got to do a sextet Dolly cover). August was a good one- soaking in all the light and love. ❤️ ☀️

Three months today since I took the leap to become a Full Time PT and I am beyond grateful for all who have supported me with warm arms, but also the clients I have been able to see grow, progress and stride ahead of the pack.

I’ve seen myself grow as an individual too, not only physically; pushing my body out of its comfort zone, being up at 5 am each day, but mentally, understanding others and their journey but in fitness and mentally.

Huge shout out to @fabio_pt_lon and @theweekending for providing me with the base to land and helping me grow.
