POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There’s a reason people say meditating inside the field feels completely different.

Tuesday October 20, we’re hosting our Joe Dispenza workshop inside the Frequency Forest, our 24-unit Energy Enhancement System room. Breathwork, heart coherence and a guided meditation inside a scalar wave field, where the practice goes deeper. Guided by Shemin.

New this time: stay after for a free info session on our EE Pilot Program and Nervous System Reset (8 to 8:30 PM). What the programs include, what participants have reported, how to apply.

$29. 13 seats, that’s the whole room.

🌾🌹SOUND & SPIRIT: A Cacao Journey ☕️🧬

Come join me at the @freqncyforest for an afternoon of cacao, sound, and connection.

We’ll share ceremonial cacao, open our hearts, and settle into a live sound journey inside one of Canada’s only 24-unit Energy Enhancement Systems 🇨🇦

Crystal bowls, handpans, gong, Native American flutes, shamanic hand drum, ocean drum, kalimba & more.

The EE system, the cacao, the frequencies of sound, and the stillness of being held in community. A powerful synthesis to soften the noise of the world, settle the nervous system, and remember what we know deep down to be true.

That beneath all the layers, we are beings of love and light, interwoven into the beautiful tapestry of life. Sometimes we just need a little space to feel it again.

12 hours inside the Energy Enhancement System.

It’s not every day you get the opportunity to spend an entire night inside this space — and after doing it 4 times now, I’m still amazed by how different I feel when I come out.

I woke up feeling deeply rested, grounded, calm, and completely at ease. My energy feels full, my mind feels clear, and for once, it feels like I’m fully inside myself rather than scattered in a hundred different directions.

It honestly felt like I took a vacation in one evening. 🌌

And waking up to the sounds of the flute in this space? A pretty beautiful way to start the day. 🪈✨

I’ll be hosting TWO 60-minute Sound Bath Immersion at Float Valley inside the EE System field this MAY✨

💌 SUNDAY, MAY 17th & May 31st from 7:30-8:30pm

The EE system is an immersive technology designed to create a supportive energetic environment for rest, regulation, and restoration. It uses scalar and bio-active energy fields that many people experience as deeply calming for the nervous system.

Within this space, sound becomes something the body experiences. Through crystal singing bowls, grounding frequencies, and voice this immersion is designed to support:

✧ Nervous system regulation
✧ Deep relaxation and stress release
✧ Meditative brainwave states
✧ Emotional and energetic reset
✧ Reconnection to self and body

I pray this offering may find you & serve you on your journey🌹

A return to your authentic self ꩜ through sound, presence, and community.

This May, I’m holding spaces across Toronto and beyond for deep restoration, reflection, and reconnection to yourself 🌸

From weekly sound baths to intimate gatherings and ceremonial experiences, each offering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to your body.

To listen inward.
To restore what has been depleted.
To reconnect with what is true.

Whether you’re joining for a midweek pause or a deeper immersive space, come as you are.
There is nothing to do.
Only space to receive.
