This is for me, the best that life has to offer: Friends, Music, Dancing, Connection, Self Exploration, Deep Conversations, Good Vibes, Coherent Energy.

All a beautiful abundant and aligned manifestation of what I have been dreaming of living more and more into and I am noticing and celebrating and having immense gratitude of all that I got to experience through this weekend.

What an absolutely incredible few days I had in Switzerland @healplaylove with absolutely incredible Humans.

I came home with a full heart, new and deeper friendships and beautifully aligned connections, more self awareness and growth, and sore cheeks from smiling and laughing so much!

So grateful to you @planetbibi for inviting me to join and meet up with so many LTB Sisters.

Already bought my ticket for next year!

I'm going to keep living & up-leveling in this life of Abundance, Alignment & Adventure...

Come join us next year for the magic ✨

We heal in safe community. We receive so much nourishment when we can be in spaces where it's safe to feel and be fully expressed!

Saturday Self Care looked like dancing and moving, connecting with and being in connection with other like-minded women, sharing our energy & feelings authentically, following intuition on nourishing body, mind & Soul with what felt aligned & needed ❤️

Thank you Vanda @somagroovesessions , as always, for creating such a beautiful safe space to drop into, and for guiding us through this experience so beautifully 🙏

What an amazing adventure last Sunday rock-climbing ,it was 11 of us going up, and 7 made it back from the mountains 😬 (just kidding). We all made it safe and sound with new skills and unforgettable experiences.

Thank you @climbingalgarve for being such pro's at what you do, for your energy and enthusiasm, for your guidance. We will be back 🙌

Tunnel vision - definition: the tendency to focus exclusively on a single or limited objective... Have tunnel vision for the dream vision you have for your life. 🌍#LiveThisLifeByDesign

You are my sun & my moon....and my Chinese lantern 🤣❤️ This was the year I lost/released 26 pounds / 12 kilos & Jay lost/released 22 pounds / 10 kilos of #toxicfat because we completely transformed our lifestyle. And not to crazy, extreme measures that we can’t enjoy balance in our lives. Like when some of our besties got married which is when this pic was taken end of 2012
.
We became empowered by food, rather than at the mercy of it. .
8 years on & we maintain our healthy weight effortlessly thanks to the principles of living a Clean Eating Lifestyle. .
I am so grateful for that heavy weight gain, followed by the debilitating injury I suffered in my uneducated attempts to try & lose it - this was my catalyst for change. .
On that journey I created a version my Self that is completely & absolutely accountable to my own health and well-being. .
I am also grateful for the challenge that life threw me in 2015 - when ironically, I was at that time in the best shape, health & well-being of my life - when I got very VERY ill from Toxic Mold Exposure which took me (& Jay) on a roller coaster journey of almost 1 whole year just to figure out what was making me sick, & another 2 years healing journey to restore my health again.
.
As Dr Molly Maloof says, “The true definition of health is the ability to adapt & self manage in the face of adversity.“
.
This journey has empowered me to understand how to adapt & self manage no matter what life throws at me. It’s why I love being a Clean Eating Lifestyle Transformation Coach - to help others discover for themselves how they too can do the same.
.
We are all stronger than we know & more capable than we give ourselves credit for, to create the life, & experiences of health & wellbeing, of our dreams. 🍍#LiveYourBestFreshLife #takebackyoulife #healthylifestyle #entrepreneurlifestyle #cleaneatingcoach #cleaneatinglifestyle #FreshLifeHabits #FLTribe #FLIMJourney #freshlifeinternalmakeover #freshlifejourneys #YourJourneyToHealThySelf #healthyself #liveahealthylifestyle #itscalledreallife #feelgoodlife #healthylife #SamanthaWyatt

So grateful we worked so hard and pushed for so long to live our lives by our own design... I get to work with my best friend everyday (even though 10 - 15% of the time we drive each other batty... we’re a couple - we’re only human!) But that’s a small percentage compared to the larger percentage of fun and fulfilment we get from sharing in this journey together. It takes a lot of Self work and dedication to be in business for yourself. It takes even more to run a business and be in a positive, loving, evolving relationship together as a couple. We’re not perfect but I am so grateful that we are both as committed as each other, and both take consistent daily action, to learn to work even more synergistically together to co-create this wonderful result. Thank you to all the amazing couples in business together, who are out there sharing their journey - it has and continues to inspire us and help us on ours. 🙏So much gratitude for our business, and life. And for such an amazing partner in business & life! 🌍#LiveThisLifeByDesign

What incredible moments we got to spend hanging out with this little baby in Galápagos... just chilling on the shore, still figuring out how to be a sea lion!

What an incredible experience we had bringing this amazing Adventure Conference to life for our equally awesome clients. A continued medical education conference called, ‘Journey to Antarctica: Anaesthesia at the Extreme’ - Anaesthesia and medicine in space, Everest, the polar regions and other extreme environments.
___
Some of our phenomenal speakers included: Dr Michael Barratt, NASA astronaut and physician;
Dr Bob Bindschadler who’s career spanned 30 years at NASA where he retired as Chief Scientist of NASA’s Hydrospheric and Biospheric Sciences Lab, and who has led 16 Antarctic field expeditions in Antarctica amongst other achievements;
Professor Mike Grocott, co-founder of the UCL Centre for Altitude, Space and Extreme Environment Medicine, who himself has summited Everest;
Professor Denny Levett, also co-founder of UCL Centre for Altitude, Space and Extreme Environment Medicine, who is a world authority on hyperbaric medicine;
PLUS, many more passionate and inspiring speakers.
___
After spending almost 2 weeks in the company of these extraordinary individuals, what surprised us most was the humility & down-to-earth nature of these amazing human beings.
___
In fact, the entire conference group of over 125 convenors, speakers, attendees plus their travel companions was such a fun, warm and good natured group of people, we feel truly blessed & grateful to everyone that has been a part of this experience. It has been beyond words one of the best things we have ever been a part of.
___
We look forward to working with & welcoming back everyone who joined us this trip, for more future exciting Adventure Conferences... Where will we go next?
