POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last Friday night @blakegerman82 and I had the opportunity to go to the @fresnostatewp Decade Dinner, celebrating a decade of women's water polo. The part I loved, besides the fact that they are one of the most winningest teams at the school and the coach has become a friend, is the intentional culture that @coach_nbenson has created. 5 girls went up and talked about their values and how it plays out in their teams existence. It was encouraging to hear from these student athletes that will take these values and principles out into the world.

Thankful to join fellow @fcwcc_559 board members and members to support one of our members!

On Friday night some @fcwcc board members and members showed up to support 10 years of @fresnostatewp at the Decade Dinner. It was inspiring to hear of the culture that @coach_nbenson has established through their values, Pride, Preparedness, Focus, Fight, Win.

Congrats on 10 years of @fresno_state Womens water polo!

Happy National Coaches Day to the people who see the details we miss, push us through the hard practices, and believe in us even when we’re still learning to believe in ourselves. 🤝

Fresno State Summer Camp!
Our team was invited by Fresno State Water Polo to host workshops as part of their annual Camp of Champions for TK-8 students. Across 14 workshops, we had the opportunity to inspire 369 campers through hands-on STEAM activities!
Our youngest campers, TK-2nd explored the unique properties of water through fun experiments or playing our coding mat game.
3-5th grade students learned about the engineering process by building towers and launching marshmallow catapults, while discussing strategies to improve.
6-8th graders explored circuits and the flow of electricity by creating their own LED light-up greeting cards.
Thank you to Fresno State Water Polo for inviting us to be part of such an amazing program! Can't wait to come back next year!
