✨ GIVEAWAY: Win 3 tickets to MoveMakeMagic in Sofienberg Church ✨

In October we are focusing on community. On Sunday 18 October at 12:00, we fill Sofienberg Church with music, movement and free dance. Ecstatic dance means you move however your body wants to. There are no steps to learn and no right way to do it. Just you, the music, and a room full of people doing the same. Completely sober, and everyone is welcome.

We want to build community and spread the word, so we’ve created this draw, and you can help us by joining in! We’re giving away 3 tickets: one for you and one for each of the two friends you tag.

How to enter:
1️⃣ Tag 2 friends in the comments you’d love to dance with
2️⃣ Share this post to your story and tag @morning.beat

The giveaway ends Tuesday 13 October at 23:59. We’ll draw a winner on 14 October and reach out by DM.

Rather come on your own? That’s perfectly fine. Lots of people do, and no experience is needed. And you can still join the draw <3

Welcome poet, adventurer Frøya! 💚 @freyaintouch

“I don’t know what I’m gonna share” she told me. But for as long as I’ve known her, she’s been beautiful poetry with two legs, always spreading light and new insights.
