The real luxury of it all is being so loudly loved and celebrated by the people you care about most, all in one place, just for you.

We focus too much sometimes on the aesthetic of it all.

When it’s really about the goosebumps.
The tears.
The little quiet reminders of moments passed and future moments to come that were lucky enough to be captured forever.

Isn’t that the real magic.

Bouquets, why I love creating them.
They’re so personal and I maybe put too much importance on that one piece, but to me that one piece is trying to do many things in that one little hand held bouquet.
It’s not only trying to be beautiful itself, trying to have the right amount of movement so that the viewer takes in the whole piece. Contains lines that the eyes easily follow, the right amount of depth so the details aren’t lost, have the right amount of texture and colour theory. It’s trying to invoke an emotion that defines the style of the day. Moody, romantic, playful…. And be the perfect balance of the rest of the days florals. It’s a design that will be a part of your history, a design your grandchildren make look back at for inspiration, or yours may be inspired by your family history.
So it may just be a bouquet to walk down the aisle with or for a few hours and photos. To me it’s all of the above

Still pinching myself. ✨

To have our work recognised on the 2026 @loverly list feels incredibly special - and even more so in a year where I’ve taken a little time away to be with my baby boy.

I have to admit I was nervous to take less weddings this year, I was anxious I’d loose a little sparkle because I know how much heart, time and care goes into every little detail. But I’ve proved to myself I can do it!

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported, trusted and cheered us on along the way. My wonderful husband who supported me going back into wedding season with a 3 month old, my gorgeous couples who knew I’d still be giving them my all and every single incredible supplier who I get to work with every day. This one is for the ideas, the late nights & early mornings, the beautiful collaborations and all the wonderful people who make what we do so rewarding.

Feeling very grateful, very proud, and incredibly excited for what’s to come. 🤍

Today brings an end to my Euro Trip Summer 2026.

Two weeks back to back, 4 beautiful weddings across France & Italy.

Many Aperols and red wines consumed. Made some new friends. Now back to the UK & my family!

I still have 5 incredible London weddings left for the year but what a bloody season it has been already.

Reasons why I want to put on creative floral design workshops.
Being creative in my own time, without a client or brief has allowed me to create some on my favourite pieces of work and in turn have done amazing things for my business.
I truly believe being creative, continuous learning and experiences with other florists is so important, not just for the fun of “playing with flowers” but to showcase your style, your creativity and let your ideal clients that love your work, find you. And find you, not just the work you can replicate or brief you can follow, the work you want to create.
