Been struggling to get into this jack knife, then @stephanietallant_pole shared the perfect entry! She must be psychic 💕 Added a fun sit transition from @natashawangpole that I taught my intermediates recently. This whole combo was planned for my advanced gang, saving it for when I’m back from Prague!

A requested tutorial for #pddevilsnoodle 🌶️ To warm up put some extra focus on your hipflexors, splits and torso rotation as well as glutes. You need a secure #pddevilselbowsplit for this trick, preferably from the floor to benefit from the momentum. I’d also recommend using a crash mat in the beginning 💕
