This Easter Sunday, believers across continents didn’t just remember the resurrection—they celebrated the living reality that Jesus is alive. From quiet acts of worship to large public declarations, the message was the same across every culture and nation: the finished work of the cross still transforms lives today.

Across Asia, the streets of Seoul, South Korea came alive with a vibrant Easter cultural parade, where Christians publicly celebrated the resurrection through music, colour, and tradition—demonstrating that the gospel continues to shine brightly in modern society.

Moving west into Europe, cities were filled with Easter processions as believers joined parades honouring the risen Christ. In Windsor, England, members of the Royal Family took part in their traditional Easter walk, a visible reminder of the Christian heritage that has shaped generations. Across the UK, the Raise the Crosses campaign led by Disciples of Christ saw believers lifting crosses high in public spaces, boldly bringing awareness to the gospel and the victory of Jesus.

In the United States, celebrations took on both creative and powerful expressions of faith. In Franklin, Tennessee, Carrie Underwood led worship with a moving performance of How Great Thou Art, pointing hearts back to the greatness of God. In Atlanta, Mariah Carey was also seen attending church, reflecting how Easter continues to draw people back to the foundation of faith.

In Texas, the resurrection story was told through innovation and art. A breathtaking drone show in Manvel lit up the night sky, visually depicting the resurrection story, while a Dallas artist used coloured rice to create detailed artwork portraying the risen Christ—proof that the gospel continues to inspire creativity.

From parades to worship services, from public witness to personal devotion, Easter 2026 showed something powerful: the message of Jesus isn’t confined to one nation or culture. The resurrection is still being preached, still being celebrated, and still changing lives.

Because the truth remains simple and powerful: Jesus is alive, and because He lives, hope is alive in every nation. 🙏🏽🕊️🤍✨
