Now that that’s out of the way, I been feeling a nudge to share my daily mental wellness/AM routine. Around late 2019, I started making use of my journal by setting intentions everyday, followed by a 10-15 min meditation. In short, I’ve grown to become aware of my thoughts/feelings and live more mindfully. I could go on forever about all the details, but in short, doing this allowed me to accomplish damn near every goal I set for myself, while also learning to be okay if things didn’t go the way I expected.

I never really publicly talk about mental health & wellness because a lot of people may get the impression that I might have a mental disorder/condition when (fortunately) that’s not the case. With that said, I still prioritize my mental health to the same extent as my physical or spiritual health. If I don’t do things to maintain my health now, the worse it could get later on. I’ll try to take the preventive approach instead of dealing with the problems once they arise.

All I’m tryna say is that talks/subjects like this doesn’t always need to be considered “taboo” or swept under the rug. It can be a normal conversation if both parties are comfortable and open to it. We don’t gotta wait for one day a year to post about it or spark that dialogue. normalize it.

my alternate ego 🌮krunchrap🌮 was unveiled to the public and tbh it made me feel very warm to hear so much positive feedback whether it was DJing a close friend's party or at Good Times. super grateful to everyone who allowed me to provide vibes, and with that said i'm absolutely open to any future opportunities to have fun and continue perfecting the craft
