😱🤯Coffee doesn’t create energy! It borrows it. ☕
The caffeine boost can spike cortisol, affect sleep, and keep you coming back for more just to feel normal.

Your body always collects the debt.

That’s where @friskalife Friska Coffee comes in!
Made from roasted date seeds. No caffeine. No acidity. No crash.
It tastes like real coffee. Rich, dark, smooth. But your body actually benefits from every cup.
It supports your liver, helps your digestion, and gives you steady energy without any of the downsides.

It’s safe to say that 7 days later the biggest difference is this: my skin looks cared for.

Not shiny. Not greasy. Just smooth, soft, and glowing in real life.

This is exactly why I like complete sets, everything works together:
✅ Glow Shower Gel
✅ Buff & Glow Scrub
✅ Multi-Action Glow Body Cream

If you’ve been thinking of getting a proper glow routine, take this as your sign 👀🤍

I’ve used the ImiOse glow set for 7 whole days while documenting at intervals and this is the final day of the glow series with ImiOse!

If you want something simple for everyday, you should give this a try!

After 7 days, I won’t tell you stretchmarks disappear, because that’s not the point.

What changed is how my skin feels:
softer, calmer, and cared for.

The ImiOse Stretchmarks Set made me more consistent and intentional with body care, and honestly, that matters.

If you want a nourishing body care routine, check @myimiose.
