Best. Cross-training. Ever.

Was close to burning out a little over a year ago, and after dedicating every minute to “getting back” to ballet after knee surgery, I really didn’t know how to stop. Until I realized I was close to breaking (mentally this time). And then my little sister took me out. Just to wiggle, go have fun and dance without worrying about my hyperextension being uneven or my turns feeling off. And then- we went every week. And I actually felt ready to go in on Monday, happy to sew pointe shoes, barre wasn’t boring, and I felt like I was happy on stage? And you could tell..? Anyway- I’ve never done so much cardio in my life. 10-60 miles a weekend was never gonna happen through me running that’s for sure. Happy raving 😎

This was my 4th and all time best/favorite @edc_lasvegas of all time. ♥️🔥💯🌌

What made it so amazing truly was the squad I was with, I’m so grateful I got to experience this with such amazing people that I get to call my friends. We danced, we vibed, we showed support for amazing talented artists, and overall, we grew as friends and this is the type of experience I wouldn’t trade for the world. 🫂♥️🔥

Shoutout to @djmerbear @roxyferrari and @polarbearsdj for having such amazing sets throughout the EDC weekend, y’all really killed that 🔥🔥🔥🔥🐻‍❄️🐻‍❄️👑👑

👑😍🦋And a huge shoutout to @diosabyseco for making me feel like I could unapologetically express myself each and every day for EDC to dress and feel the best I could be from beginning to end. Your support and effort and love truly means the world to me and I’ll always remember and appreciate that. I love you Seco fam! 💯♥️🥹🙌🏽

This EDC was insanely fun, it was cathartic, it was healing, it was just perfect— and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Can’t wait to see what the next adventure holds! 💪🏽🔥💯

Til next time EDC. ✌🏽✌🏽 #edc #edclasvegas #dance #shuffle #edclv
