BEHIND THE FORUM | DAY ONE ✨

Building a creative career requires more than talent.
It requires the knowledge, resources, and support to protect your work, understand its value, build financial security, and sustain yourself along the way.

On Friday, December 4, during Miami Art Week, the Art, Capital & Culture Forum brings together perspectives across law, finance, investment, and creative enterprise to explore four essential pillars: legal protection in the creative space, art as an asset class, financial planning and wealth building, and creative sustainability and mental wellness.

Because building a lasting creative future means more than creating the work. It means protecting it, understanding its value, and caring for the person behind the vision.

Join us for an afternoon of thought leadership and cross-industry dialogue focused on the future of the creative economy.

It was an inspiring evening at the latest @ftltechmeetup, where Fuel Venture Capital’s Anuj Maheshwari joined Sunny Patel and Fritz Spencer for a fireside chat on The New Rules of Venture Capital. The conversation explored how AI and converging technologies are reshaping capital allocation, why sustainable growth and strong retention are becoming more important than ever, and how some of the biggest opportunities are emerging at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, energy, defense, and enterprise software. Thank you to @julia.lucidi for having us and to everyone who joined the discussion!

A great day gathering with new friends and old…and supporting a new downtown business!

The original plan was polo. Tickets bought. Outfits ready. Champagne chilled.

Then… rain. Twice.

So we pivoted. From polo fields to a country bar on Clematis…and, honestly, that’s exactly who we are. We can do both. And we will.

This weekend, our leadership team and supporters traded divots for boots at @westpalmcowboyclub

Good music, great food, and even better conversations.

To everyone who rolled with it, showed up, and leaned in; thank you. That flexibility, that energy, that willingness to just go with it… that’s what makes 1909, 1909.
