My dog was skunked, and therefore skunked up my house. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned, and between vehicle chaos and SO MUCH SKUNKY LAUNDRY, I decided to take a short vid for you all❤️

It's been almost 5 years in my tiny house on wheels. I thought there would be a few things that would annoy me about the lifestyle by now. The filling of the propane tanks; the hauling of water; the ✨️coziness✨️ at times when there's three of us in this space; the deck made of pallets; the composting toilet....but no. I love it all and it truly brings me joy waking up in this little space that I've created.

The loft is still unfinished, the skirting needs repairing, and some flooring needs to be replaced. But the projects are tiny (hehe) and I'm happy to do them.

The tiny life isn't for everyone, but it's just right for me🙌

🔥 SAUNA + SPORTS RECOVERY .

Your training doesn’t stop when the workout ends. Recovery is where the adaptation happens.

Regular sauna sessions may support athletes by helping with:

💧 Relaxation & recovery — Heat can help you unwind after demanding training.

❤️ Circulation — Sauna exposure increases heart rate and blood flow, creating a cardiovascular stimulus.

🧘 Stress relief — Taking time to slow down can support overall recovery and relaxation.

😴 Better sleep — Many people find a sauna session helps them relax and settle into a restful evening.

🏃 Heat adaptation — Consistent sauna use may help the body adapt to heat, which can be useful for athletes preparing to compete in hot environments.

Train hard. Recover smart. Repeat. 🔥

Hydrate before and after your session, and remember that sauna is a recovery tool—not a replacement for sleep, nutrition, or proper training.

The little rituals are often what make a place feel like an experience.

Morning coffee. Something familiar brought from home. A quiet moment surrounded by trees.

I love creating hospitality content that captures not only how a space looks, but how it might feel to spend a morning there. 🤍

No traffic. No noise. No rushing from one obligation to the next just to come home exhausted.
Just space- to breathe to slow down, to actually be present in your own life🏡

Sometimes the story isn’t just the cabin.

It’s the rain on the window, a quiet moment with a book, and the sun finding its way back through the trees.

I love creating content that helps people feel a place before they ever arrive.
