I am actually so proud of this moment. Brooklyn is now my fiancé, and I am so honored. I have seen her truly seek God with the last 2.5yrs of her life, and because of that she has become a strong shoulder for her friends, a catalyst of change in her family, and an amazing, joyful partner.

As I'm getting ready to head to GCU for a while, she has been so encouraging and motivating, embracing the challenge of having me leave for what we believe will be a positive end, and has helped me become truly equipped for this new stage of life. She's stepped up as needed for the health of our relationship and has, more times than I can count, convicted me to become the man I could be.
She has overcome where she came from, and is not letting anything but God tell her who she will be. Did you know she was practically dead when she was born? But now, she's more alive than ever. Praise God.

I love her smile, her courage, her desire to teach, her love for children, her family, her friends, her ups and downs, her jokes, her laughter, and her affection. All of it is precious to me. I am proud to be marrying this girl soon enough, and I believe the Lord will give us the strength to face whatever comes on this adventure.
