CLAYFACE // @clayfacemovie @dcjapan
concept posters pt.ii @fromkieran

finished off one of the scrapped ideas to expand on the original and have another addition included within the series.
i really like how this one turned out and how versatile the smile title is across both ideas.

not sure which one is my favourite tbh.

MIAMI VICE ‘85
concept posters @fromkieran

did the best i could with the new photos released yesterday.
i tried blending some vibes from the og series and the movie posters together.
making this just got me in the mood to play gta: vice city ngl.

hopefully i’ll be able to make some better ones when we’re closer to the release and we have some better looks / photos to use.

Dune: Part 3 (Japanese Posters) // @dunemovie @warnerbros
concept posters @fromkieran

since there are no official japanese posters yet, using some more stills from the trailers & a bit of inspo from the japanese book covers, i thought i’d do some myself.

apart from stressing about the translations (i’m pretty sure they’re all correct), i had a lot of fun making these.
this will probably be my last batch of posters for Dune: Part 3 out of fear of becoming the ‘dune poster guy’ so i hope you all enjoy them.

i’m working on getting every poster i’ve done so far up on TMDb so that everyone that wants to can use them on letterboxd. i will share an update as soon as i can.

PRIMETIME // @a24 @primetimemovie
concept posters @fromkieran

i won’t be able to watch this until next month unfortunately. a24 really need to fix their release schedules for international releases…

the best i could do for now was put a poster and some alternative layouts together. at least i’m bang on time for the theatrical release in america today, i’m totally not jealous at all.

let me know what you think of the posters and if you’ve seen the film, share your thoughts below!

more coming. see you soon.

THE ODYSSEY // @theodysseymovie
film posters @fromkieran

loved the process of making all three of these & i’m excited to finally share them.
i feel bad for anyone who missed out on seeing this in imax 70mm… it was such an insane experience.

welcome the latest additions to the film poster series & as you can tell, i’m having way too much fun making these. i’d love to keep on experimenting and see what happens.

more soon.
let me know if you’d want to see me try a specific film/tv show next.

i’m going to keep these coming for a little while. it will be cool to look back at the full collection eventually.

DUNE: PART 3 // @dunemovie
concept posters @fromkieran

“defy your destiny”

i mean we already knew the cinematography would be insane but my jaw dropped seeing this shot in the recent teaser trailer.

i had a lot of fun playing around and colour grading this.
i think the imax one could easily pass off as a legit poster tbh. if they want to use it then by all means, they’re more than welcome to.

let me know what you all think! & if this gets enough support i’ll find some time to add some motion to it.

BEEF // @steveyeun
from S1 E03

“sometimes, rock bottom is your trampoline”

in honour of the second season releasing today, i thought i’d finally share the newest addition to the portrait series. i’ve been on/off working on this for the past year nearly, so i hope steven sees this & i hope he likes it.

i also just want to add that i hope everyone involved with this show realises that they made a true masterpiece in storytelling.
steven, ali, david & mazino all delivered such powerful performances. everything else from the chemistry, the dark comedy, the relatable themes and the direction are just the cherry on top. this show was released at such a perfect time for me personally.

david choe has also played a huge role in my artistic & personal development with his artwork/videos over the years, shout out @davidchoe for inspiring generations to come with his incredible work and his authenticity.

let me know who you think i should do next.

BULLY / @ye
artwork @fromkieran

here’s a few “BULLY” posters i put together inspired by the colourful single issues of “Akira”.

i know i’ve said i’ll come back to posting regularly again before but this time i mean it. atleast a couple times a week you should see me pop up on your feed from now on.

i have been working on a decent amount of stuff in the past year so expect to see an array of different things very soon.

love always.
