Water hyacinth blocks boats, pushes out wildlife and breeds disease in Ebute-Ikpakodo, Lagos. Victoria Benson turns it into yarn with @greenyarnies The weaving wasn’t the hard part. Working with the community, raising the first funds and adapting when plans changed were, and those are what the EXCELerator helped Victoria solve. If you’re a young conservation leader with a project, applications for the 2027 EXCELerator are open until 29 October. Link in bio.
