A few moments from the opening of CORE SPACE at ZIEGEL, as part of the Steirischer Herbst ’26 parallel programme. @steirischerherbst

Thank you to everyone who joined us and supported the project! Forty years after the Chernobyl disaster, its consequences remain deeply relevant. Remembering, taking responsibility, and reflecting on our relationship with the environment are more important than ever. @the_4th_block_official @grafprom @pavlovili @norazyan

Thank you for being part of this conversation. 🖤
Thanks to @land_steiermark for supporting us. Extra grateful to @fh_joanneum_idk

Ein paar Eindrücke von der Eröffnung von CORE SPACE bei ZIEGEL, im Rahmen des Parallelprogramms des Steirischen Herbstes ’26. @steirischerherbst

@pavlovili @norazyan @the_4th_block_official @grafprom

Danke, dass ihr Teil dieses Dialogs seid. 🖤
Danke @land_steiermark fürs Unterstützung. Danke to @fh_joanneum_idk .

Right place, right time ❤️‍🔥

These days, we rarely get enough time to simply be, to question (or maybe queer, should I say? ;) ), and to think about the value and specificity of the place we are in.

Being part of @ace_curatoriallessons was a surprisingly amazing experience. It had been a long time since I felt so free to experiment and be myself. I met so many cool and smart people, and it confirmed once again that Austria definitely holds a special place in my heart. 🇦🇹🌼

Thanks to the super amazing @nastia_khlestova @caesar_uschi @pepper_otta @jura_golik for making it happen, @sylv_inski and @kochunia33 for showing us how curating can be such powerful method in the dark times we are living in 💫

Alisa Fronchko studies at FH Joanneum in Graz, Austria. She is passionate about art, photography, and the beauty of everyday life. This desire to find aesthetics even in the smallest details was largely shaped by her own experience of losing her home and living alongside war.
Alisa was born in Luhansk. In 2014, following the outbreak of the war in eastern Ukraine, she moved to Kyiv. In 2023, history repeated itself - she was once again forced to leave her home and begin a new chapter of her life, this time in Austria.
