Spending decades doing 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft floorsets for anal retentive executives that nit-picked the most irrelevant details has made merchandising a 500 sq ft shop an absolute skip in the park.

We are surrounded by black and red bins, bolts of fabric, and mountains of display props.

My mom wheezed at the amount of work this is. But I feel like I’m dilly-dallying around with my eyes closed.

Meanwhile, I have already developed standard operating procedures, workflow automations, loaded 400 sku’s into the online store, hired a designer to redo the branding, designed the collection floorsets, the grand opening event, the club membership, and the signage. Along with marketing materials, like business cards, rack cards, banners, commercial signage, and merchandise.

Oh, and I’ve also planned our content for social media. Our views have exceeded 16.5k!! @frontierquilting
