Thank you @frontinglife and @tlmickel for hosting this sound bath at @portcityjerryday! We were so blessed by beautiful weather, our community, and their offerings including the sober/sensory area for patrons of the events inside by the lake.

I'm so thankful for their team who came out and helped keep the energy grounded throughout the evening. This was truly special.

Please go support their non-profit mission at frontinglife.com

I think a lot of people pretend to have it all together (I don’t), especially on Instagram where things look shinier than they really are in real life and I think Yoga has definitely helped show me what true balance looks/feels more like. but it’s unreal to admit that there’s not seasons or chapters where you go through times of extreme unbalance, whether in one direction or another, & I think the cool thing is when you realize you’re off balance…. Now this is the practice… not always staying perfectly balanced but gaining the ability to notice when things are off and having the self awareness and self love to forgive yourself, and move on in the direction you want vs shame spiraling…

Just a thought

Also shoutout @frontinglife who put together this amazing epic sober field day where we all got to play again and bring our inner child out.

Breaking News: Adults still know how to have fun. 🚨

No phones.
No awkward small talk.
Just laughter, teamwork, questionable athletic ability, and a whole lot of community.

This wasn’t about winning.

It was about showing up.
Playing together.
And remembering that sometimes the best medicine isn’t taking life so seriously.

Same mission.
Different approach.
See you at the next one. 💙

Last month I had the pleasure of being a part of such a magical experience with @frontinglife and @mosemusica in Wilmington, NC for a night of ecstatic dance, love, and community! A lot of our Myrtle Beach art community was there that night, and this was absolutely one of the most therapeutic and cleansing experiences I’ve had! It made me realize just how great of a community we have and that kindness exists out there! You can spot me in the crowd haha!!🤩✨✨
