This memory brings me a lotttt of joy hehe 😊💃 🏔️ we hiked miles into the Himalayan mountains and spent the evening teaching slacklining to the village kiddos, learning their songs, playing musical instruments, enjoying Nepalese meals by hand, with an abundance of playing, laughing and dancing 😊 💃 the men had been doing most of the dancing up until this point until myself and this girl decided to jump into the circle haha! I wanted to mirror some of her moves 🪞 We were there to deliver water filtration systems to these remote areas of the mountains with @frontline_resources, but we filled our time in between with so much play and connection! I truly love Nepal, it has the most special place in my heart. #slacklining #reliefwork #villagedancing #hetaudanepal #spreadlove

🏔️Heady Teddys Mad Honey is sourced from the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal and it is the rarest and most exotic honey on Earth. We say, “Altitude Creates Rarity” because mad honey harvesters climb Himalayan cliffsides to reach a honeycomb that is larger than our bodies, where Giant Himalayan bees pollinate rhododendron flowers of different colors and variations only at high altitudes. This process produces a honey with a compound called “grayanotoxins” which gives a warm and fuzzy feeling when consumed, relaxing the body, and ultimately inducing connection with nature and one another! All natural, and absolutely yummm! For each jar sold of our mad honey, we are donating a portion of proceeds directly to flood relief efforts that we’re already connected to, with nonprofits we already work with in Nepal. Try a new experience, and become a part of the solution for Nepal’s most recent environmental catastrophe! More than 12,000 people have now been reported as missing, from all different demographic backgrounds, after the alpine flood that happened last week on the Northern border of Nepal. @headyteddyhoney is now donating a portion of the proceeds sold of our Nepalese Himalayan Rhododendron Honey back to flood relief efforts. 1.5oz jar = $5 donated 3oz jar = $9 donated 6oz jar = $15 donated 12oz jar =$25 donated Money like that can go a long way in a place like Nepal, a majestic country that deserves the world’s support… let’s put action ahead of the attention that Nepal is getting from the melting alpines affecting thousands of lives. We have two nonprofits we are already affiliated with in Nepal, including @frontline_resources, who we visited Nepal with last year, donating supplies to remote villages that needed water filters and winter clothing. This offer is win / win all around. Try Nepal’s rare and exotic honey, choose an alternative to drugs and alcohol, and help this region of the world that is yet again, facing the repercussions of another major environmental disaster. Last year, we hiked many miles into the mountains to deliver water filters, winter clothing, slacklines and musical instruments to families and communities of the remote villages of the Himalayan mountains, with the ongoing efforts of @frontline_resources. Somewhere along the way, we ended up learning new songs in a new language, singing together on the mountain and being filled with the absolute joy of a shared Love for God! I think the purest part of my heart has always been about this. I wish to dissolve the boundaries that separate us. Choose love over difference. Find peace not by staying still, but by being willing to explore the places and people who may begin as unfamiliar but can quickly become like family (Ohana)…. and to always, always give what my cup has overflowing. I genuinely believe in the best of humanity, that we all inherently share this mission, no matter if at times it may feel suppressed or forgotten. At any time, we can choose to turn toward one another, to give and spread love and to positively impact the lives that surround us. (p.s. notice my XR/VR camera rolling in the background, which I hiked all around those mountains. One day it will become a fulldome film. All in due time, at the mysterious pace of flow time. 🎥 @imurseyourself ) (Through this discovery of self and one another, this mission eventually led me to @headyteddyhoney, of which I am so grateful for.) #himalayanmountains #nepal #villagesongs #unityconsciousness #philanthropy

🐻🍯 Heady Teddy has been transforming this season and working on a glow up! She has a new face , but still the same wild and cuddly heart. She is the explorer and the relaxation… and she always carries the essence of the mountains with her. Founder story: Altitude Creates Rarity. Last year, after traveling to the Himalayas with @frontline_resources to carry relief supplies to villages that needed them, I came back with a vision I couldn’t yet name. Somewhere along that journey, I discovered the mad honey hunters, and together with them, an idea was born! The honey hunters are men who have scaled cliffs for generations, reading bees and weather and rock the way their fathers did, and harvesting rhododendron nectar off wild, high altitude rock face ledges that do not forgive mistakes. What they carry down is ancient. Rare. Found only in a few locations on Earth. Rhododendron flowers create naturally occurring grayanotoxins that give this rare nectar a slow, warm, unmistakable magic — that is not quite of this world, but very much created by it. Thus, this vision is not just a honey brand. This is a bridge between a tradition older than memory, and a table on the other side of the world that has never tasted or experienced it. Heady Teddy’s is my promise to carry this story authentically. The relief, the altitude, the hunters, the culture, never softening what makes it wild, and always giving back to where it began. So this is my new logo, as the hard launch for Heady Teddy’s Mad Honey in Austin, Texas finally arrives. Excited to climb into the next chapter! 🪜🏔️ Our shop is live if you’d like to order mad honey online, available at www.headyteddyhoney.com #headyteddys #rebrand #madhoney #himalayanmountains #grayanotoxins

So much to be grateful for 🌺🏄🏽‍♂️🐒🌄🤙🏽 Currently in North Carolina but got sent this cool edit from our homie. It's been an incredible year with all the ebbs & flows as usual. We raised money for the water filters/winter clothes and donated it to the Nepali communities. Lots of content and info about it coming soon. Christmas is around the corner and if anyone can donate a few bucks to @frontline_resources we are going to be sending presents to the kids of those remote villages. We appreciate all the love and support thus far🩵 Link in BIO's 🎥 @lo_retsky #Hawaii #Oahu #Slackline #SlackLife #2025
