The Henry Mancini Institute Big Band performed a classic of big band literature—The Nutcracker Suite by Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn. Several vocalists from the Jazz Vocal Performance Program were also featured with the band in arrangements by our Studio Jazz Writing Program.
