…Por eso me llama Madre Tierra
Soy la tierra donde puedo dar amor, crecer y florecer dando vida,
Y convierto cada fruto en un mundo de armonía, a través de los cantos de los pájaros y animales…

“The darkest nights produce the brightest stars.” - Khalil Gibran🌟

Our Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Trainings are a personification of this quote. The notion that our seemingly dark moments can also be a catalyst for personal and emotional growth, and an access point into the truth of who we really are✨

As long as we are here on this earth, we will continue to go through different seasons and shapes of feeling both the depth and the despair, as well as the beauty and the bliss. The first noble truth in Buddhism is that life is suffering — there is no escaping the inevitable challenges and struggles of being alive.

The bright side to this innate truth is that it requires us to lean on each other. It nudges us to see the interconnection between ourselves and others, and to remember that none of us are ever alone in what we go through. It teaches us the power of togetherness. It teaches us radical love. The type of love that uplifts, sustains, empowers, and transforms. The type of love that cracks the heart open again after decades of closing, protecting, armoring. The type of love that reminds of the precious, fragility of life. The type of love that is the foundation of trauma recovery🌱
