The Summer We Turned Seniors

This team of 38 went out served, healed and loved in Jesus name! No other youth group i’d rather lead; can’t wait to go out and plant seeds for Christ moving forward! This team is about to light up the fields with the fire of Jesus!

The Lord is always working and I was given the opportunity to see His work being done first hand. This mission trip is something I will never forget. Being able to serve as a leader in something as amazing as a mission trip is something I didn’t know if I would ever measure up to. However, my mentor Coty took a chance on me anyway and pursued my leadership even when I couldn’t see it, and now as I continue to pursue a call into ministry I have this specific experience under my belt that I am forever thankful for. I got to serve with such amazing students whom I love so so much and my heart is overflowing. I owe every single thing and experience to the Lord because it’s always been about Him! ❤️ “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.”

“Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.”
