For some, they bring grief, loneliness, heartbreak, and the pain of missing someone who’s no longer here. If this season feels heavy, you’re not alone. We’re creating space to honor those feelings, raise mental health awareness, and connect you with resources and support.

Make yourself a priority this season. Join us for an intentional evening of movement, meaningful conversations, self-care, and community as we pour back into ourselves and each other.

• 45-minute Q&A panel with mental health professionals
• An opportunity to learn, ask questions, and have meaningful conversations about mental well-being

• 30-minute guided mat Pilates session
• 15-minute self-guided massage experience with a licensed massage therapist (LMT)
