linedance 2026, I will never be able to put into words what this meant to me ❤️

To the team: I genuinely don’t know how to thank you enough. You trusted me to try some crazy ideas, showed up to every practice ready to work, and made this piece something the other captains and I are just so proud of. This group of girls is truly one of a kind and getting to share one of my final times on stage with you was simply unforgettable.

To my other captains @bryce.kelleyy & @gracedennig03, doing this alongside you two made it everything. The countless hours we spent in the MPR together choreographing, trying to get everything just right… that time meant so much to me. I’m forever grateful we got to lead this team together and create a piece we are all so proud of.

And to @fsuchio as a whole, thank you for showing up for us the way you did. The cheering, the donations, coming out to the main event; having you all in our corner meant more than you know. You truly made this year that much more special!

Also quick shoutout to my little @belaatienza for being my rock during the last hectic few weeks and being the most positive little cheerleader. Getting to dance with you has been one of my biggest blessings in college.

yeah, I’m a little late to posting this. But all good things take time. Forever indebted to this team 🤍

Garnet & Gold Key would like to give a huge shoutout to the members of our organization who participated in the 2026 @fsl_linedance !! As one of the largest events at Florida State annually, this year’s event raised over $800,000 and sold over 4,000 tickets to students, families, and community members.

We are so proud of the members below for representing GGK in this way and can’t wait to see what they do next!

Ryan Paradela (FA ‘25) - Director of Programming

Zach Brandt (SP ‘26) - Director of Sponsorship

Sydney Wald (FA ‘25) - Delta Zeta Captain

$820,475 raised, 4,829 tickets sold, 272 dancers, 34 delegates, 23 chapters, 21 sponsors, 18 exec members, 6 beneficiaries, 3 executive directors, and countless members of the FSU staff, all for 1 event.
Thank you to every person that contributed to that total, helping us break countless records and making 2026 linedance truly special.
And to @fsu_fsl , @fsupanhellenic , and our amazing executive board thank you from the bottom of my heart for all my time with linedance, helping me become a better man, friend, and leader.
Finally, Linedance would not be what it is today, and I would not be who I am today, without my two built in best friends and co executive directors @logan34phillips and @olivyaafundoraa . I was so blessed to be able to do this along side two people that share literally nothing in common with me except for our love for Linedance and wanting to make our community a better place.
I wish I wasn’t old I’d do this 100 more times. :)
